On August 21, 2009 at exactly 6:00 EST I witnessed 15 minutes of James Cameron’s AVATAR. I thought the footage was absolutely spectacular. Every single part of Pandora has been fully realized, probably down to the particles in the dirt. The CG looks completely realistic. I am still in total awe of what I saw today. I just wish I could see it again, but I guess I’ll have to wait until December 18, 2009….and what a long wait it’s going to be.
